专利权经济价值评估是指按照一定的理论和方法,对专利未来法定期限内可为专利权人所带来的超额收益进行的评估。目前,专利权经济价值的实现、对专利权进行科学的价值评估等,逐渐成为许多专家学者关注的焦点问题。从专利权经济价值评估的必要性、传统的专利权经济价值评估方法、影响专利权经济价值的因素,基于专利侵权的价值评估方法等方面,本文批判性地梳理了国外相关研究成果,并在此基础上提出了未来研究方向。

 

Patent valuation is that using some viable methodologies to attempt to valuate excess income of a patent.Today a wide range of companies have become aware of the importance of patents as key economic assets.The realization of patent valuation and scientific valuation has become a focus of attention of many experts and scholars.Based on the importance of patent valuation,the traditional method for patent valuation,influence factors of patent value,and methods to assess the value of patent infringement,this paper critically reviews the relevant research results,and puts forward the future research direction.
